I’ve got a Fashionary, which is a notebook especially made for designers. I also use it for my scetches. I love it because it has got many models, fashion events, patterns and more. I found this super talented guy,  Danny Roberts on Fashionary’s online blog. He made these collages (?). I like this technique so much that I decided to try it.

Íme az én alkotásaim/These are my creations:

• Az elsőnél, “kisminkeltem” a modellt, meghosszabbítottam a haját, kiegészítőt adtam rá, és a ruháját is “átdizájnoltam”. A szívecskés háttérrel kicsit “Szívkirálynősre” sikeredett.
• I made a make-up for this model, I extended her hair, gave her accessories and I redesigned her dress a little bit too. With this background it looks like the Heart Queen.

• Ez a modell eredetileg egy fekete-fehér csíkos kosztümöt viselt. A blézerét meghagytam csíkosra, csupán átszínezem, viszont a nadrágjára apró narancssárga virágokat nyomdáztam. A pólója eleve így volt, de máig nem sikerült megfejtenem mi van ráírva.
• Originally this model was wearing a black and white striped suit. I kept the blazer, only coloured it, but I made some small flower prints on the pants. The T-shirt is the same as it was originally. I still can not figure out what it says.

• Ennél a képnél  eredetileg a szoknya volt egyszínű, pontosabban magában mintás és a blúz volt csillogó kék. A szoknya mintáit kiemelve arannyal plusz kiegészítőkkel megvadítva egy kicsit szerintem elég jó lett. A háttérről nekem egy téglafal jut eszembe, ami azért érdekes, mert eléggé elüt a modelltől és szerintem az egész outfit olyan elegáns lett, viszont téglafalnál nem kiöltözve ácsorgunk.
• In this picture originally the skirt was monocrome and the blouse was filled with glitter. Well, I redesigned it very much. I added golden jewellery and a cool background wich I think looks like a brick wall. It’s interesting that the whole outfit is very elegant and it contrasts with the brick wall.

In Hungary it’s still snowing, so I hope the Easter bunnies aren’t hurt. In spite of the snow I’ve already got a spring mood. This year the animal printed dresses are big trends. A tegnapi napom tiszta rohanás volt, de tele élménnyel. Délelőtt rg versenyen voltam, utána pedig elmentünk az ELLE Fashion Show-ra. Életemben először voltam divatbemutatón és szerencsém volt mivel rögtön hármat is láthattam, amiket végigfotóztam . Összesen 433 (!!!) kép készült, ami elég sok, ezért úgy döntöttem 4 részletben rakom ki őket. Külön-külön a három bemutatót, ééés a legvégén pedig kulisszák mögött készült képeket. Nagyon örültem, hogy két tour között beszélgethettem a modellekkel, akiket furcsa volt látni melegítőnadrágban almát eszegetve. Na mindegy, erről részletesen később számolok be, most térjünk vissza a mai bejegyzéshez. Első körben, a “Divat mindenkié” tour-on magyar tervezők mutatták be Párizs ihlette ruháikat fogyatékos modellek közreműködésével.

Yesterday I had a very busy day: in the morning my rhythmic gymnastics competition and then the ELLE Fashin Show in the afternoon. This was my first ever fashion show and I think I’m very lucky, because I saw three tours in one show. I took 433 (!!!) photos and the best ones I will share in the 4 coming posts: 3 posts for the 3 tours aaaand the last one will be a report from the backstage! It was really weird to see the models in jogging trousers eating apples. But let’s go back to today’s post. The first tour titled “Fashion is for everyone” was Hungarian  designers’ collections inspired by Paris, with models with disabilities.

Elsőként Király Tamás rózsás kollekcióját láthattuk. A backstage-ben mesélte, hogy ruháival a szeretetet akarta kifejezni, mivel neki erről a rózsák jutnak eszébe. Szerintem ez tökéletesen átjött.

First, Tamas Kiraly introduced his collection. As he desicribed it to me in the backstage he wanted to express love with his rosie designs. I think this totally came across in the show.

A következő kollekciót Manier Németh Anikó tervezte.   /   This collection is made by Manier, Aniko Nemeth.

Sziráczky Brigitta bemutatott vidám,élénk, tavasztündérhez hasonlító ruhákat és pasztell, bézses árnyalatú darabokat is.    /   Brigitta Sziraczky brought joyful, bright, springfairies and pastel, beige pieces too.

Daalarna ruháiban az tetszett a legjobban, hogy amikor a modell a kifutó végéhez ért és megfordult, még mindig érdemes volt nézni, mivel olyan hátmegoldásokat láthattunk amilyeneket szemből nem is sejtettünk.

Daalarna’s outfits I loved because when the models turned around at the end of the runway, it was still worth watching them for the super interesting backs that we didn’t expect from the front.

Elysian tervezői elhozták Indiát. Letisztult szabásvonalak és keleti színvilág.    /     The designers of Elysian brought us India with clear cuts and oriental colours.

Katti Zoób több kollekciót is felvonultatott.    /     Katti Zoób intoduced four collections.

On Sunday I was at the WAMP, the Hungarien design market. It takes place in a modern and design building called Váci1.

Ezek Barbara Katona ékszerei illetve kitűzői. A kitűzőkhöz ez a felirat volt írva “This is how I saw the city in the morning” vagyis hogy a tervező hogyan látja reggel a várost.

Ha már ékszerek, akkor a következő gyűrűket Gajcsi Blanka készítette és szerintem nagyon ötletesek. Én a kutyasétáltató kislányt választanám…

These are Blanka Gajcsi’s rings. I think they are really creative. I would choose the girl with a dog one.

My favourite from Szputnyik shop is those leggings from the second picture.

Havrán Ágnes hagymaszoknyái is nagy kedvenceim, főleg a fekete-pink-piros színátmenetes tetszik.

I like Agnes Havran’s onion skirts too. My favourite is the black-pink-red one.

Ééés itt a legeslegnagyobb kedvencem. Rosehip Design lovas, lányos táskája. Ez a grafika is az új kollekció része ezért szinte mindenből van ilyen.  Igazából ez nem is egy táska, hanem egy láncra fűzött nagyobb méretű pénztárca. Nem baj, nekem megfelel a mérete, úgysem szoktam hatalmas táskákat hordani, és fel is ajánlották hogy meghosszabbíttathatom a láncát hogy át tudjam vetni a vállamon. Egyenlőre még vár a dolog, talán majd írok a nyuszinak…

And, this bag from Rosehip Design is my favourite of all. I mean the one with the horse and the girl. this graphic is from the newest collection. Actually it’s not really a bag, but rather a wallet. It would be better with a longer chain so I can put it over my shoulder. Maybe I should ask the Easter bunny to buy it for me…

My friend came home from Paris with lots of photos – taken in Disneyland too. The idea was to dress up the Disney princesses in modern street fashion clothes. First I tried a Polyvore set, but I couldn’t find the right pieces, so I drew these designs.

1. Hamupipőke: kék peplumos ruha, fekete és kék magassarkú cipő és az elmaradhatatlan szőke konty.
2. Hófehérke: Citromsárga rövid szoknya, fölötte vékony átlátszó hosszú szoknya, vastag öv, Apple logós póló (kedvencem)
3. Jázmin: türkiz balerinacipő, türkiz buggyos nadrág, fehér ujjatlan felső, arany gallérnyaklánc

1. Cinderella: blue peplum dress, blue high heel shoes and the inevitable blonde bun
   
2. Snow White: yellow skirt at the bottam and red on top, belt, shirt with Apple logo (my favourite one)
3. Jasmine: turquoise bellerina shoes, turquoise baggy pants, white shirt, golden collar necklace.

I read about the “10 most beautiful dresses from the Oscar” a posts like this. Maybe I’m too picky, but I couldn’t find 10 outfits which I really liked. It was hard to pick these 3 I would wear – and not because there were too many good ones. I think this year the celebrities didn’t make very good choices. Still there were a few beautiful ones like these:

Jennifer Lawrence Dior Haute Couture ruhájában az est egyik legszebbje volt, annak ellenére, hogy a legjobb női főszereplőnek járó díj átvétele közben megbotlott. Chopard ékszerei is gyönyörűek. Szerintem az egészet nagyon jól összehozta.

Jennifer Lawrence in her Dior Haute Couture dress was one of the most prettiest ones in spite of her little accident when she went on stage to get the best actress award. Her Chopard’s jewellerie were also beautiful. I liked the whole outfit.

Sandra Bullock Elie Saab-estélyiben lépett fel. Nagyon tetszik a ruha díszítése. A Svarovski táska is jól illik hozzá. A 48 éves színésznőn szerintem egyáltalán nem látszik meg a kora.

Amanda Seyfried Alexander McQueen-estélyiben mutatkozott az Oscar gálán. A Les Miserables 27 éves sztárján ez a ruha az arany-ezüst mintákkal leginkább egy gyönyörű modern menyasszonyi ruhára hasonlított.

And my selection of the worst ones…

It’s been a long time since I posted my last fashion design. My original plan was to design my own spring-summer collection, but it was late to draw 20 illustrations before spring. Maybe I should start the 2014 collection now to be surely ready. But I started the spring collection anyway and this was the first piece. I would love to wear it beacuse of the special neck solution. If I would sew this dress I would use gold embroidery on the neck and on the bottom part and accompary with golden accessaries. I like this turquoise colour so I can imagen the dress with similar accessories too. I don’t recommend to wear necklase with this dress because the neck is decorated enough already.

This is the third and final post of the Hungarian designers’ spring-summer collection. I think one needs a bit more bravery to wear these outfits in the everydays, but I like them! I would rather pick just one item (e.g. the pants) and wear it with a monocolour top. The top to down rich patterns are a bit extreme to me.  The designer used Transilvanian folk motives, mostly animal motives, reinterpreted and mixed them in a new way, presenting them all in macaroon colours. 

My favourites are the 2nd, the 4th and the 6th outfits. And of course the silver pants! ♥♥♥

Today I was looking on a Polish fashionsite called Showroom. I found very interesting clothes/shoes/accessories there. My favourite one is this “Diamond Bag”, whitch is from the newest collection. It’s not so practical because everybody can see what is in your bag… My other favourite is this dress from the outbound collection. It is an interesting one, because I didn’t see too many barge blouses which you can wear for everydays. And it matches with my “We Are Golden” collection too.
