Saturday afternoon we went to the ELLE Fashion Show with my bff. It was very good, the Hungarians and the French designers were the best and my absolute favorite was Octavio Pizarro’s collection. We took a picture with him in the backstage too. But let’s start from the beginning. 

A magyar tervezők közül nekem a NUBU tavaszi-nyári kollekciója tetszett a legjobban, főleg az a bőrdzseki, tökéletes darab! Érdekes szabások és egyedi anyagkombinációk jellemezték az egész kollekciót.

From the Hungarian designers my favorite was NUBU’s spring-summer collection, especially the brown leather jacket, just perfect! This collection was full of interesting cuts and material combinations.

Tomcsányi Dórit a panelek hangulata ihlette. A nagy táskák és élénk színek természetesen izgalmasak voltak, de még a kis merev szürke ruha is tudott érdekesen hatni.

Dori Tomcsanyi, the young designer was inspired by the panels’ feelings. Big bags and colorful clothes. Vibrating and beautiful. But the little grey dress was interesting too.

A Kata Szegedi márka kollekciójában a sok asszimmetria tetszett nagyon és a sportos és nőies stílus keveréke. Például a hosszú fekete maxi ruha bomber dzsekivel.

What I liked in Kata Szegedi’s collection was the many asymmetric cuts and sporty but feminine outfits.  Like the black maxi dress with the bomber jacket.

Most pedig jöjjenek a francia tervezők, elsőként Valentine Gauthier (egyébként vele is sikerült közös képet készíteni a backstageben, de azt majd a külön backstages bejegyzésben mutatom meg). A tervezőről és az őszi-téli kollekciójáról is árad a kifinomult, látszólag nemtörődöm sikk. Talán ezt a hatást a mix & match stílus teszi, de nekem ez nagyon bejön. Én is szeretem keverni a stílusokat.

Now let’s continue with the French designers, first Valentine Gauthier (we made a photo with her too in the backstage, but I’ll only show you that pic tomorrow). There is an apparent nonchalant chic about the collection, maybe because of her mix&match style. I like mix&match styles too.

Octavio Pizarro kollekciója volt a kedvencem, ahogy azt már fentebb említettem. Igazán télies, kifinomult ruhákat vonultatott fel. A vörös rétegezett darabok voltak a kedvencem, azok amivel megnyitotta a show-t. Utána már fekete szettek következtek, modellek sálba tekerve és napszemüvegben majd pedig egy body, ami azért elég hideg lenne télre

Octavio Pizarro was my favorite, but I already mentioned this in the beginning of this post. Very wintry and sophisticated dresses. My favorites were the burgundy ones, the first looks he showed. After that there were only black ones, but those were amazing too. Bodies (I think those are a bit cold for winter), sunnies and warm scarfs.

Christine Phung a luxus síelőknek tervezett. Érdekes geometrikus mintás vastag pulóvereit síszemüveggel vonultatta végig. Utána jöttek a havas tájas printek, amik egyébként gyönyörűek voltak. A strasszos sötétkék szövetkabát abszolút egyik kedvencem. Hát igen, ilyen egy tökéletes tél luxuskivitelben.

Christine Phung designed for luxury skiers. Interesting geometric patterns on the warm jumpers. She put skiing glasses on the models too, for accessories. After the geometric jumpers she showed winter mountain printed pieces. My favorite was the blue coat with rhinestones. Perfect skiing look in a perfect winter.

Holnap egy backstage poszttal készülök, és utána pedig folytatódik majd a 30 napos kihívás :))

♥ Mother&Daughter: avagy az anya-lánya bejegyzés. Nagyon élveztem ennek a fotózását, egyébként karácsonykor is mindig a közös piros ruha volt rajtunk. :)   /   I really enjoyed this photo shooting. On Christmas eve, we were wearing this same red dress.

♥ Made by me: skirt with dog paws: meglepődtem, mikor a statisztikákat nézve ezt is kiadta a top 5-ben, mivel szerintem a cím sem olyan frappáns meg az outfit sem olyan különleges. Attól eltekintve persze, hogy ezt a szoknyát én varrtam. :)  /  I was surprised, when I saw this post in the top 5. The title is not so eye catching and the outfit is not so interesting too. Besides that the skirt is sewn by me.

♥ Success and Chocolate: ez is meglepő volt számomra, bár itt már mondhatni “kreatív”, figyelemfelkeltő cím volt, viszont nem a divatról írtam, hanem egy másik habbimról a ritmikus gimnasztikáról, illetve a csokiról amit szintén imádok. Nem meglepő Csoki kutya elnevezése. .)  /  I was surprised by this post too, because it’s not connected to fashion, but I was writing about my other hobbies, rhythmic gymnastics and chocolate.

♥ “A divat mindenkié!” ELLE Fashion Show: ez a egyik kedvenc bejegyzésem. Ez a divatbemutató volt életemben az első amit láttam, örök emlék.  /  this is one of my fav posts too, because this was my first fashion show.

♥ End of school chic: ez is egy nagyon emlékezetes nap volt számomra, tele nagyszerű élményekkel. Helmut Newton kiállítás, ebéd a ligetben és rózsafagyi a Bazilikánál.  /  this was a very good day, the last school day, with full of great memories. Helmut Newton exhibition, delicious lunch and a rose shaped ice-cream.

Végre a bemutatók után kirakhatom a kulisszák mögött készült képeket is! Ezt a bejegyzést legalább annyira vártam már, mint a Fashion Show-n, hogy bemehessek a backstage-be.  A legmeghökkentőbbnek azt találtam, hogy milyen mások a modellek a kifutó mögött. Ezt elsősorban nem úgy értem, hogy ott designer ruhákban meg magassarkú cipőben vannak, itt meg tréningnadrágban meg mamuszban, hanem, hogy a backstage-ben sokkal felszabadultabbak voltak – ami persze teljesen érthető, mert a kifutón azt kell csinálniuk amit mondanak, legtöbbször rezzenéstelen arccal végigjárni. Ha nekem valaha lesz egy divatbemutatóm, azon a modelleknek biztosan azt mondom, hogy úgy járkáljanak mint ahogy azt az utcán tennék – boldogan és mosolyogva.

Finally here come the photos from the backstage! I was looking forward to sharing my experiences as much as actually going to the backstage. What I found the most interesting was that the models were so different on the runway than backstage. I mean not only their clothing (of course that’s different too), but here they were much more liberated – which I can totally understand. I think it’s hard to walk on the runway in high heels with an impassive face. If I will once have a fashion show, I will tell my models to walk like they would on the street with a natural smile on their face.

Today’s post is about French designers’ exclusive fashion show. There were three designers. My favourite clothes are from Christine Phung’s collection. In her show tour there was a dress for everybody, because her collection was so colorful. There were dresses where the cut was really interesting and ones where the pattern was unusual. My favourites are the red and the floral printed ones.

Octavio Pizzaro kollekciójából a kedvenc darabom a tollas ujjatlan felső. A tervező szívesen kombinált anyagokat  a ruháiban, például az utolsó előtti képen szintén egy tollas ruha, vagy a negyedik képen a lovaglónadrág és a horgolt felső.

From Octavio Pizzaro’s collection my fav was the sleeveless top with feathers. The designer likes to combine materials, for example on the 4th picture the riding breeches or on the tenth picture the dress with feather on the bottom.

Miki Mialy. Pasztell, egyszínű de érdekes ruhák. Fő a kényelem és a puhaság. Kedvencem a rojtos szoknya.

Miki Mialy. Pastel, monochrome but interesting dresses. The designer focused on comfort and softness. My favourite item is the fringed skirt.

A tegnapi napom tiszta rohanás volt, de tele élménnyel. Délelőtt rg versenyen voltam, utána pedig elmentünk az ELLE Fashion Show-ra. Életemben először voltam divatbemutatón és szerencsém volt mivel rögtön hármat is láthattam, amiket végigfotóztam . Összesen 433 (!!!) kép készült, ami elég sok, ezért úgy döntöttem 4 részletben rakom ki őket. Külön-külön a három bemutatót, ééés a legvégén pedig kulisszák mögött készült képeket. Nagyon örültem, hogy két tour között beszélgethettem a modellekkel, akiket furcsa volt látni melegítőnadrágban almát eszegetve. Na mindegy, erről részletesen később számolok be, most térjünk vissza a mai bejegyzéshez. Első körben, a “Divat mindenkié” tour-on magyar tervezők mutatták be Párizs ihlette ruháikat fogyatékos modellek közreműködésével.

Yesterday I had a very busy day: in the morning my rhythmic gymnastics competition and then the ELLE Fashin Show in the afternoon. This was my first ever fashion show and I think I’m very lucky, because I saw three tours in one show. I took 433 (!!!) photos and the best ones I will share in the 4 coming posts: 3 posts for the 3 tours aaaand the last one will be a report from the backstage! It was really weird to see the models in jogging trousers eating apples. But let’s go back to today’s post. The first tour titled “Fashion is for everyone” was Hungarian  designers’ collections inspired by Paris, with models with disabilities.

Elsőként Király Tamás rózsás kollekcióját láthattuk. A backstage-ben mesélte, hogy ruháival a szeretetet akarta kifejezni, mivel neki erről a rózsák jutnak eszébe. Szerintem ez tökéletesen átjött.

First, Tamas Kiraly introduced his collection. As he desicribed it to me in the backstage he wanted to express love with his rosie designs. I think this totally came across in the show.

A következő kollekciót Manier Németh Anikó tervezte.   /   This collection is made by Manier, Aniko Nemeth.

Sziráczky Brigitta bemutatott vidám,élénk, tavasztündérhez hasonlító ruhákat és pasztell, bézses árnyalatú darabokat is.    /   Brigitta Sziraczky brought joyful, bright, springfairies and pastel, beige pieces too.

Daalarna ruháiban az tetszett a legjobban, hogy amikor a modell a kifutó végéhez ért és megfordult, még mindig érdemes volt nézni, mivel olyan hátmegoldásokat láthattunk amilyeneket szemből nem is sejtettünk.

Daalarna’s outfits I loved because when the models turned around at the end of the runway, it was still worth watching them for the super interesting backs that we didn’t expect from the front.

Elysian tervezői elhozták Indiát. Letisztult szabásvonalak és keleti színvilág.    /     The designers of Elysian brought us India with clear cuts and oriental colours.

Katti Zoób több kollekciót is felvonultatott.    /     Katti Zoób intoduced four collections.
