I love this dress soo much, but I sadly noticed that it’s getting shorter, and we only bought in September. I won a giveaway a long time ago where the winner got this cute balloon shaped necklace from Fércművek which has the quote “fly me to the moon…” on its back side. And the material of it is so good too, I could caress it all day.  It’s so hard to go photoshooting in the winter… a) because it gets dark early (and inside buildings it’s usually forbidden to take photos) b) it’s sooo cold. I am freezing all the time, so a winter photoshoot goes like this: I take off my coat quickly, then we take 3 pics, take my  coat on, watch the pics. And this goes until I’m satisfied with at least 6 photos. It would be so much easier if I had 40 coats, but I only have 1. So I have to clentch my teeth and survive the cold weather. And just keep smiling.

Back to today’s post: Here is the 2nd Diamond DIY idea. This is a really uniqe necklace made from leather like the other one. New quote from the “Diamonds” means here is the second part of my collection! Here is what I mentioned in the previous post, the purple thing. Beside the colors, the angular silhouettes are characteristic of the collection. We learned the the vertical and horizontal rotation form on our last drawing lesson, but I still don’t know which one is which Anyway I used one of these (I think the vertical) on many dresses. So this was my collection for winter, I hope you like it. There are many more designs in my Fashionary in this theme, but I don’t think those are good enought to post them.

I’m a bit late with my winter collection, but never mind, that describes me (every day I’m 10 minutes late from school). I didn’t post my drawings in the past months, but that doesn’t mean that I wasn’t drawing. This collection turned out pretty big (it’s got 21 pieces). I think it took quite a long time to draw all these and then retouch them in photoshop, but I was listening only two songs: “Royals” from Lorde, and ‘Diamonds” from Rihanna. I read that writers do it like this, to get in the right mood, so I used this method, and it worked! So my collection’s theme is diamonds. I drew these in my Fashionary with gold, silver and graphit pencils. When half of my drawings were finished, I got bored of these colors, so I added some purple in too. Then I left purple, and used the original colors. But I’ll only show the purple ones in the next post! I would imagine these coats for urban women, who’d like to shine like a diamond. They would definately shine bright in these coats.

First I planned to sort more “extreme” hairstyles in this post, but then I realized that maybe it’s more useful to post normal and easy-to-do hairs. This little searching was really useful for me, because I found many ineresting creations, but I still don’t know, why is a hairstyle is wintry. For example Lucy Liu wore this hair for the 70th  Golden Globe ( I wrote a review of that event), which wasn’t in December. So I think these ones will fit for summer too exept the golden one.

It’s interesting when I first went to school in my new boots all my friends looked surprised. Maybe they thought this was not my style or I don’t know. First I was a little sceptical too, but now I love them! By now I think my friends like them too and see they fit my style because I’m not wearing them with all black clothes a studded things. With the cold weather coming my friends bought this kind of boots too. I don’t think this is because of me rather that it’s really cool and comfortable. I like every girls’ ones.  Zsofi’s, the red ones, you can fold it down (but she never wears it that way) and it must be very warm because it’s padded. Dori’s ones, the grey, are those sophisticated ones, very simple. And Reka’s – the ones with red shoestrings are simply cool and funky. I’m so sorry about the bad photos, but I made them at school with my phone. In the picture I realized what tiny feet I have!

I wanted to compare famous designers’ old creations with today’s street fashion style. It was important not to pick catwalk outfit but everyday ones. Then I paired them with photos taken in a similar situation.

• Coco Chanel 1928-ban. Chanel dzsörzé anyagból készült kosztümöt visel, ezt az anyagot ő vezette be 1916-17-ben. A kocsi megváltozott, de a szituáció maradt. Szerintem nagyon nagy a hasonlóság.
• Coco Chanel in 1928. She wears a jersey costume. Chanel brought this material in style in 1916-17. The car changed but the situation remained. I think they really look alike.

• Ezt a Dior ruhát egy bárba menő nő viseli 1947-ben. Itt a ruha szempontból nagyobb a változás, ugyanis a szoknya megrövidült, a kalap eltűnt és az elegáns kosztümöt bőrdzsekire a magassarkú topánkát pedig bakancsra cserélték.
• This woman is wearing a Dior outfit for walking to a bar in 1947. In the today picture we can see big changes like the skirt got much shorter, the hat disapeared, the elegant suit changed into a leather jacket and the high heels turned into boots.

• Givenchy kabát az 50-es évekből és egy tavalyi oversize modell. A kalap helyett egy szerintem nem túl szép napszemüveg jelent meg, az oszlopsor helyett pedig butikok. Mindez változik, ám a hatalmas kabát marad. 
• Givenchy coat from the 50s and an oversize coat from last year. The hat changed into sunglasses (I don’t think they are pretty) and the colums into shops. Everything is changing except the huge coat.
